Yes yes we all love that and want that don't we? Well what gets us on that? Is it the advertisements we see on media or television? is it the people talking about it? is it the body builders and fit people that walk by us? Answer is ALL OF THEM. Now. I know we all want that perfect body for someone right? Well so do I and that's going to take a lot of struggle and effort. Trust me I have experienced this and results were true. Anyway we all know what it all has to start with which is diets, and exercise of alot of sorts or some sorts. There is alot of diets out there but, not one is for all of us or for all people which is why there is a variety of them. Some diets work on certain specific peoples bodys and some don't from my experience and families and friends.

What I can promise you on one thing about dieting is that you have to start out with small portions everyday or month as you go by continuing after and before your workouts. Now here is the painful part that's gonna hurt you all everyone.

"Soda", "Coffee", "Energy drinks", "eating sugar out of the bag..lol", "Milkshakes" and also "Slurpies/Slushies", along with "coffee or desert smoothies".... yeah say good bye to all of that lol. Unless you have it once per day one time out of the whole month until a new one starts then that's okay but, other than that.. Strictly NO!!. So walking and lifting or running is acceptable most of the time while doing those small portion diets. So fruits/vegetables are an okay especially if you add it to your meals or even just a salad.

Anyway walking or running atleast a mile or two or maybe even 15-20 minutes is ok as long as your powering your movement. Even biking is okay or hiking and maybe even swimming.

Any of those are all acceptable as long as you also lift it does not have to be heavy so just go at your own pace working your way. for your liquid supplements you should only and STRICTLY stick to juice, water, or unsweetened tea. After all of that heres one important thing you must remember. LIMIT your intake of rice or find something else that has starch in it that doesnt really contain much. I also dont advise that you stick to those dieting meals that you have to buy online that tells you that you will lose weight just so you know because its a complete waste of money and they do not work but only make you gain more. ALSO from experience my friends. oh and also no eating out. Start off with lifting each weight system for about 3-4 sets of a low round range of numbers like 10-15 and work your way up from there. give yourself atleast a one or two day break also do some jump rope that will help alot as well. SO just repeat those steps because those body builders you see on advertisements are pulling your leg getting you to order there stuff etc and what not when they dont work and and you could be saving yourself alot of time and money. WHAT I DO recommend is you buy the work out gear that you get at the sporting good stores like skull wraps, leg and arm wraps etc and the slimmer belt just to add some look and fun for yourself and motivation to keep you going it works for me and alot of people I know and I see others do it and continue it as well and its not just for that but also to keep sweat in one area and not having to wipe or stop to wipe and all those difficulties during your workout.

Well thats it for me.
